Your privacy is very important to Broadline Media Corporation ("Broadline").

The following Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us. It applies to the Imediasee Flash Video Streaming Service provided by Broadline.

By using or viewing Imediasee, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Policy or any modified Policy as posted. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or visit Imediaseef. Please refer to our Terms of Use for more information about using Imediasee.

Child Protection
Child safety is our highest concern. Imediasee does not request, or knowingly collect, personal data from minors under the age of 13, beyond the standard technical data collected on all users of the Imediasee website and service. You must be 18 or older to be an account-holder with Imediasee. We do not solicit or knowingly accept subscriptions, memberships, or acceptances of offers from minors. Once signed up for Imediasee it is your responsibility to limit access to minors and block inappropriate and unwanted video from displaying to minors on your web site.

Information Collection
In order to provide you with the best possible service and experience possible, some information collection is necessary.

Cookies
In order to provide you with ease of access to your account, Imediasee will place a cookie (a small text file) on any computer from which you access the site. Cookies are pieces of information generated by web servers and stored in your computer for future access. When you revisit the site, this cookie will enable us to recognize you and help facilitate the correct functioning of some of the site's features. Cookies are a common and widely-used method for doing so.

Account Holders
Through Imediasee we collect and store personally identifiable information that you provide to us such as your name, email address, street address, billing history, usage history, personal settings and other personally-identifiable data. Account Holders are required to provide Imediasee with accurate and up-to-date contact information for billing and other account purposes. Failure to provide such information accurately could result in voiding your Imediasee account. Bear in mind that when you submit information to us it does not, in itself, guarantee we will permit you to use any or all of the features or functions of the site. We may offer promotions to account holders where we collect additional personal demographic information (such as your zip code, age, gender and income level). Such information may be used to make further promotional offers to you, ascertain your physical location when making a purchase, tailor your experience on our sites, provide content in which we think you may be interested, display content according to your preferences, analyze traffic to our site and judge effectiveness of our promotional activities.

Personal financial information (such as credit card numbers) are not stored on our site or in our facilities, but are managed by trusted third-party transaction providers. You acknowledge and permit the Company and its third-party transaction providers to archive, in a reasonably secure and confidential manner, any personal information for an indeterminate time after you have cancelled your account.

Information Use
Broadline is the sole owner of the information collected on this site, though third-party transaction processors may be used to collect, process and store financial information such as credit card numbers. Our privacy guidelines are intended to ensure we collect and use your information only as necessary to deliver the highest quality service possible and to administer our business. Imediasee will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties in ways different from described here. Broadline shall release data when required by law, also to enforce its agreements and contract rights. Primarily, the information we collect is used to communicate with you to tailor your experience on Imediasee, to display content we think may be of interest to you, or to let us customize what you see when you visit Imediasee according to your preferences. In addition, we use this information to communicate with you about your account, promotions, billing, or other account-related issues.

Imediasee Account Holders consent to receive electronic communications from Imediasee as part of their Service Agreement. Imediasee may archive any personal information for an indeterminate amount of time after you have cancelled your membership, but will do so in a secure and confidential manner. Information Disclosure
The security and privacy of your personal information is of great concern to us. Our staff is held to strict confidentiality requirements on access to personal viewing habits and other personally-identified activity logs.

Also, we never sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information without your explicit consent except in the following instances:

• We may share information with third-party service providers to manage certain aspects of the services we provide, such as maintaining our servers and processing or fulfilling orders for products and services you purchase through the site. These providers and other third parties are not authorized by us to use your personal information in any other way.

• We may also disclose your information in special cases if required to do so by law, court order, other government authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is otherwise necessary or advisable, including identifying, contacting, or bringing legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interfering with the rights, agreements or property of Imediasee, another user or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

Credit Card Security and Privacy
Broadline has partnered with Verisign, a widely-used and respected company that processes and stores transaction data, including our members' credit card numbers. Imediasee does not store credit card information. If you have questions about your credit card billing privacy, please contact us at support@imediasee.com.

Privacy over the Internet
Broadline uses good faith efforts not to provide unauthorized third parties with access to your information. We take our privacy and the privacy of our customers very seriously. While, no data transmission over the internet can be 100% secure from intrusion, we make every effort to maintain confidentiality wherever possible especially when it comes to the privacy and protection of children and minors. We have used and will continue to use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the protection of your information. If using public or shared computers, you should log out at the completion of each visit to the site. While we strive to keep info secure, we cannot guarantee that your personally-identifiable info won't be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this privacy policy. If you believe your privacy to be at risk or violated, please contact us immediately at support@imediasee.com. 

Third Parties
Broadline may link, promote or otherwise direct you to third parties that have information practices and privacy policies that differ from ours. We have no control over their actions or policies. Please consult these third parties' privacy policies to understand how they treat your information. When in doubt, do not give out personally-identifiable information. As mentioned elsewhere, we might share non-personally-identifiable info with third parties to better improve our services and help gain potential partners.

Your Privacy Responsibilities
Account Holders are required to keep their personal login and PIN confidential and secure. You will be liable for charges incurred due to unauthorized third parties using your account, if it is your fault that they gain access. See the Imediasee Service Agreement for more details.

Communicating with Broadline
All emails, faxes, letters and other written communication you have with Broadline become property of Broadline and Broadline may use them in any way we see fit. We store emails and email addresses of those who send them, but that information is not sold or released to third parties, except as outlined herein.

Legal
If a part (or parts) of this Privacy Policy are ruled invalid or otherwise overturned by legal action, the other parts shall remain in effect. There is no specific warranty or liability due to a breach of this Privacy Policy by Broadline, other than that provided by applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Oakland, California. Be aware that any personal information provided to Broadline may be stored and processed in the USA or elsewhere, and you consent to transfer of this data outside of your country.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. You will be notified of any substantive changes by posting the new Policy here and changing the "Effective Date" at the top of the page. We encourage you to check periodically for any changes. Note that any sale or significant re-organization of the Broadline Media Corporation may require substantial changes to this Privacy Policy. In additional we reserve the right to sell or otherwise transfer your personal data in conjunction with the sale or substantially all of Broadline's operating assets, or, in the event Broadline is merged or reorganized pursuant to any plan of merger or reorganization.
