Carson City, December 31, 2011 -- We are pleased to announce changes to the Imediasee streaming service. We have been in the business of providing the very best in video services over the past ten years and the Imediasee service, launched in 2007, has been a thorough success. Thanks to your comments and suggestions we recognize that our service needs to evolve to meet the needs of our customers.
After tremendous consideration we are ready to announce a significant number of changes to our service. In an effort to secure the funding necessary to deliver new features and functions we have decided to change our packages to monthly packages without roll over GBs to improve the predictability and accounting recognition of our revenue. New customers will see plans that reflect our new monthly pricing models and when existing customers renew they will notice that of our packages have changed duration from 1 year to 30 days and we have adjusted their GBs and pricing accordingly. Our plans are still operate with a limit on duration or GBs, whichever comes first. As always we still do not have overage charges. If you run out of GBs all you need to do is purchase another package that fits your needs.
Over time we hope to offer new features and capabilities for mobile and TV platforms. In the near term our customers will continue to enjoy our high quality streaming service with smaller up front commitments. Along with this change we have decided to simplify our pricing by combining our On Demand and Live packages, so now all our packages include both On Demand and Live streaming. We assure you that we have analyzed this change carefully to make sure our packages are competitive.
