This is true "480p" SD 4:3 Video. Looks great on your monitor and also if you connect your computer to an old style TV set. This is the resolution of standard "Full Screen" DVDs. The data-rate of DVD video is usually between 4 and 8 Mbps. With Dynamic Delivery your data-rate is dependent on your internet connection. Viewers with very high speed connections will see "DVD-like" quality. But viewers with connection speeds as low as 256Kbps will still experience a smooth running watchable video, albeit with less video fidelity.
